When is my order shipped?
We aim to ship out all orders placed before 3PM EST on the same day, although some orders may be shipped the next day.
When will I receive my order?
Most customers in the United States will receive their products based on their geographical region:
  • East coast: 2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-5 business days
  • West coast: 4-6 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. Virgin Islands: 3-5 business days
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you are interested in purchasing a large bulk order, contact us and we can try to arrange a shipment.
Do you ship outside of the continental United States?
Yes! We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Micronesia. Contact us to place an order, and we can make sure you're getting the best shipping rate.
Which carriers do you use?
We use the UPS, Fed-Ex, and United States Postal Service (USPS). We will ship with the carrier that gives us the best rate for you.
Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located in Windsor Mill, Maryland.
Do you offer local pickup?
We do offer local pickup by appointment only at our warehouse in Windsor Mill, Maryland. Contact us to set up a time.
Can I place an order by phone?
Absolutely! Call us at (410) 654-3693 and we can place an order for you. Have your payment information on hand.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or defective order?
Send us a picture at support@bagsonnet.com and we will try to get a replacement shipped out as soon as possible.
Why can’t I login and view my orders history?
If you had placed an order using an “Express Checkout” option, you will not be able to login and view the orders history. Please select the “Checkout” option while ordering, and register so that you can view orders history, view and print invoices, and track orders.
Where do I find my tracking number?
We send the tracking information to the email you used to place your order. If you have placed an order by registering on a site, then you can also track your order after login and then selecting “My Orders” option.
